What's in the pack?

Each set contains 2 x straight straws, 2 x bent straws and 2 x 12mm wide smoothie straws plus cleaning brush and all bundled in an organic cotton pouch.

How am I supporting Sustainable Coastlines?

You are helping in two ways firstly for every set we sell we are giving Sustainable Coastlines $1 to help them look after our coast. Secondly, by eliminating another plastic straw every-time you have a drink you are helping not just our coastlines and wildlife but the entire planet. Us and mother nature thank you :)

How long will shipping take?

We courier out Monday to Friday and will either be delivered next day or the following day. So allow 2 to 3 days from order for delivery.

What is the delivery cost?

$3.50 for up to 5 sets of straws, then another $3.50 for 6 to 10 sets - Nationwide.

Can I pick up?

At the moment we do not have a pick up location available at regular hours

How can I pay?

All payments are to be made online with a credit or debit card or through PayPal.

Are the courier bags plastic?

Yes they are but our 100% Recycled Courier Bags do not contain any new plastic - even the removable adhesive backing and the packing bag is 100% recycled.

Any Issues with our straws?

We make sure that our straws are of premium quality however we understand that there can sometimes be the odd issue with the manufacturing or shipping. In this case please just flick us an email at info@strawthing.co.nz and we will do our best to help you with any problems you may have.
